Overview

PTC is delighted to announce the 3rd Annual series of product and industry seminars taking place nationwide.

The aim of this program is to provide regular, high value interaction on product updates and industry topics.

Last year alone we met over 400 customers and prospects along our travels.

These seminars aim to cover a wide spectrum of topics from upgrades to new products, as well as looking into the current manufacturing trends. They will be very visual with an emphasis on live demonstrations. Both PTC customers and non-customers are welcome to attend.

The majority of these seminars are an extension to the Annual PTC World Conference we hold in November in Birmingham. If you were unable to attend or were interested in diving deeper into the technical area, these seminars will do just that.

Many of the seminars provide valuable tips & tricks and training material which in itself can justify a few hours out of the office.

	March:	Pro/ENGINEER Update Seminar – Improving your personal and process productivity In Pro/ENGINEER 4.0 there were many exciting new capabilities for all your product design, analysis, and manufacturing needs. With the soon to be released Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 5.0 you will see the latest release of PTC’s award-winning 3D parametric CAD/CAM/CAE solution, offering hundreds of exciting new capabilities that help you raise the bar for 3D product development efficiency. In this hands-on, interactive seminar you will be able to witness first-hand the advances in these releases and you will be able to take away some useful tips & tricks.

		What’s New in Windchill 9.1? In this half-day seminar you will learn about how Windchill 9.1 offers improved support for key product development processes, plus a range of improvements in enterprise product content management, usability, and supportability. Enhancements include: Improved solution for Manufacturing Process Management (MPM) Enhanced product development process support Improved usability and supportability

	April:	Leading Edge Visualisation ProductView 9.1 represents PTC’s new, ultra-scalable visualisation platform supporting from one to over one million parts. This half-day seminar is focussed on demonstrating the visualisation capabilities as it sets a new standard for visual collaboration with performance 10 times better than previous releases.

	May:	PTC Customer Days Following the success of PTC World which took place November, the feedback collected was for PTC to host nationwide events where more detailed information can be shared regarding the current products as well as sharing future release details. We also appreciate some customers were unable to attend the November event so this is a chance to catch up on what was missed. In this seminar roadshow we will be presenting and demonstrating: Product roadmaps Upcoming prouduct releases including live demos Tips & Tricks

		Pro/ENGINEER Hands-on Workshop Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire has just got a whole lot better. In this interactive workshop you will experience first hand the power of Pro/ENGINEER Widlfire 5.0. In fact even if you are currently on previous versions this workshop will provide useful tips & tricks and also cover the main enhancements and functionality you can can expect to see with an upgrade. You may also have read recently about the exciting new module offerings: CAE Lite, CAM Lite and Manikin Lite. This will be a great opportunity to get familiar with these modules and experience the benefits they can bring to your Pro/ENGINEER experience. This workshop series is being co-sponsored by 3DConnexion. You will be able to test drive their range of units on the day.
